
Palazzo Ducale
The Palazzo Ducale of Urbino is one of the most important monuments of the Italian Renaissance. Built by Duke Federico da Montefeltro in the 15th century, it represents the ideal of the Renaissance palace. The palace houses the National Gallery of the Marche with masterpieces by Piero della Francesca, Raphael, and Paolo Uccello.
